Sarah and Dave met Chloe and Florence in 2022 as domestic success was creating international opportunities, and growing pains. An initial strategic planning engagement to prioritise activities and export markets was followed by financial modelling for capital raising.
Sarah is now an Advisory Board member and supports business growth. Advice provided includes:
Development of a strategic plan and corresponding financial modelling
Introduction of board reporting for decision making
Support on evaluating commercial opportunities, including US and Australian expansion, hiring of key staff, contract review
