Flightless is a gaming studio that develops that has focussed on mobile gaming apps developing its own IP with several self published titles and a focus on premium games.

Dave was approached by Flightless to join its advisory board to support business growth. Advice provided:

• Development of a strategic plan and corresponding financial modelling

• Implemented governance framework (including management prioritisation and board reporting)

• Focus on strategy execution couple with development of accountabilities framework and ESOP programme

• Support on commercial decision making and contract review
