Otis sells premium Swedish style oat milk domestically and internationally. Otis was the first oat milk sold in New Zealand and is retailed in New World and Countdown and across a range of food service customers. It is developing its international expansion and is shortly commencing NZ manufacturing.  

Dave was approached by Otis to help raise capital. The engagement grew given a number of things needed to be put in place prior. Sarah joined the team as a coach, supporting and mentoring team members who were unfamiliar with exporting FMCG. Advice provided:

  • Development of strategic plan and corresponding financial model

  • Led capital raising process from start to finish

  • Implemented management processes (sales and operational planning framework, management prioritisation and board reporting) with a focus on strategy execution

  • Input in the development of new products

  • Strategy, development and assessment of opportunities in respect of the New Zealand manufacturing

  • Export market selection and distributor management
